Organizing of artifacts
The tool provides a convenient way to organize requirement specifications under a Product that you are working on. A Product is a collection of artifacts such as requirements, flowcharts, quotations etc.
Document Info
Before providing a spoken language prompt, the tool requires the document info to be setup. The Document info can be used to capture Company details, Metadata and define Author and Reviewers for various categories of requirements.
The document info need to be setup only for the first time and it will get carried forward to the next prompts and allows editing as well.
Providing spoken language prompt
Enter the spoken language prompt in the text area and click on Generate Requirements.
The tool calls LLM API, parses the response and fills the requirements under different categories.
Viewing the Requirements Specification
The tool allows viewing a single requirement, or requirements in a category or all requirements under the prompt.
In this view, the requirements under the category can be exported and downloaded in multiple formats such as pdf, csv and text file formats.
Adding, Editing and Deleting Requirements
Edit and Delete options are available in category view and all requirements views.
When edits are made, history of changes is stored and can be viewed in the individual requirement view.
Export and Download
Export and download of requirements in multiple formats such as pdf, csv and text file formats is possible in category view and all requirements views.
Accessing the past prompts
The past prompts can be accessed from the left side drawer. From here, the prompt can be renamed, assigned to a product or can be completely deleted.
